Handyman - Join us in the newest branch of our business! Must have a working knowledge of general maintenance including plumbing, minor electrical, drywall, appliance repair. Construction experience is required. Terrific potential as the company is growing and moving into expanded areas of home maintenance. Must have own tools and transportation. Pristine driving record, credit history and ability to submit for a background check is a requirement of the position.

Sales Assistant - This is an incentive eligible position. Responsibilities include developing, tracking & qualifying new prospects, establishing customers for Hughes Building Company's custom home building and remodeling services. A successful candidate is familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the residential construction industry. We are looking for a creative, self-starter with energy and enthusiasm. This position reports to the company's owners. A bachelor's degree or its equivalent with 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area is highly desired.

Trim Carpenter/Assistant Superintendent - Inspects, repairs, installs, modifies, rebuilds, constructs, and maintains woodwork and other related structures. This position requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. At least 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area and familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures is highly desired. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. This position performs a variety of complicated tasks and directs and leads the work of others. A degree of creativity and latitude is required. This position reports to a Superintendent.
